General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between
MediStaffPro e.U. and its clients.

2. Services
MediStaffPro places medical and paramedical professionals with employers
in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon written confirmation or actual commissioning.

4. Remuneration
Remuneration is determined according to an individual agreement between the parties.

5. Liability
MediStaffPro is not liable for the actual performance of the placed personnel, but
only for the proper placement process.

6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details are regulated in the
Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, to the extent legally permissible.
